Aloha! I'm the 2009 summer intern to the Wesley Foundation at UH, working with the Reverend Charlene Zuill.I'm a 3rd year MDiv student at Boston University School of Theology. I am certified candidate from the South Carolina Conference in the United Methodist Church.
This summer I am coordinating the Concrete Christ Service Project for high school campers and college counselors. CCSP is an intense one week urban engagement project that allows students to serve the Honolulu community, becoming aware of problems that face many people living in urban areas and engaging in service to those in need. The Wesley Foundation is also involved in other social justice activities throughout the year like H5 and Lokahi (see blog posts).
